AgNO3 99.9% CAS# 7761-88-8 Silver Nitrate also known as lunar caustic, chemically pure 99.5 % grade crystals. Uses include making silver emulsions for alternative darkroom processes, silver plating & replating, in sympathetic and indelible inks, coloring porcelain, etching ivory and silver salts, manufacturing of mirrors. Chlorine detection, seawater infiltration. Avoid inhalation. Store in sealed container not exposed to light. Strong oxidizer must be stored away from flammable materials and ammonia, and in a cool, well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed.
